There’s More…

There is a vast world that is beyond the comprehension of humanity.

The world is alive with the sounds of music we cannot hear. That doesn’t make our music any less beautiful. The world is vibrant with fantastic sights the human eye cannot see.  That does not make our sights any less spectacular.

Just as we cannot hear every sound frequency or see every light frequency we also have a finite capacity for understanding.  Even though we can expand our minds and our perceptions to meet the whole, we aren’t the whole.  We cannot grasp the whole scene, no matter how hard we try.

There is always more. More height. More width. More depth.

We filter the world through our common senses. You can be as clear a filter as you know how to be, but you are a filter nonetheless.

We cannot grasp the unknown, but we can form an opinion about it, and it generally holds a certain amount of angst. The unknown is an elusive concept that scares us to the bone, because we understand, as humans, that within it we will cease to exist.  Our psychological and philosophical meanderings in this regard can truly freak us out.

What is the answer?  My answer may satisfy me.  It may satisfy you as well…for a time.  The answer that will truly satisfy you must be discovered by you, but I offer you mine, as cuisine for contemplation.

Expand to the height and width and depth of your capacity today.

What are you willing to accept?  To embrace?

It is enough to act with this connectivity in mind.  Like a flower, simply and elegantly display your Something Colored Beautiful best and release the rest.

What you release is always acceptable.  Why?  Because there is always more where that came from.

There’s always more to learn, comprehend, appreciate, to be grateful for…but in this accumulation, we may find ourselves with a more limited capacity than necessary because of what we insist on keeping.  This accumulation becomes burdensome.

The good news is that the more we expand, the more capacity we have to discard our burdens.

It’s often been said that we have an insatiable need for more.  As I envision it, this is the more that we are hard-wired to pursue…the most elegant of Quests…and it will always be found.

Stay alert. Stay agile. You will discover the nature of nature is…ABUNDANCE.

The Wellspring of Inspiration awaits you.  When you are willing to relinquish control of what you will receive and become satisfied with whatever arrives, you will be doubly satisfied.  The giving and receiving circle is complete.

Embrace your humanity. Without it, you cease to be.

Game over.

What do you have to show me Today, my Teacher?

Thought for today:

I am evolving into the next best version of myself.  Every day and in every way I’m claiming sovereignty as I expand into the human I have the potential to become.
