Ten Great Reads

I value my open mind above any other aspect of my life.

An open mind is a curious, inquisitive mind.  It is playful and creative.  It delights in the sparks of inspiration that are created by stories read and stories shared.

I would like to offer you some of the many books that have contributed to my personal, spiritual, and intellectual well being.

  3. Naikan:  Gratitude, Grace and the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection by Gregg Krech
  4. The Places That Scare You:  A Guide to Fearlessness in Difficult Times by Pema Chodron
  5. Living with Your Heart Wide Open:  How Mindfulness and Compassion Can Free You from Unworthiness, Inadequacy, & Shame by Steve Flowers & Bob Stahl
  6. The 3rd Alternative by Stephen R. Covey
  7. Emotional Agility by Susan David
  8. Your Many Faces by Virginia Satir
  9. The Tao of Fully Feeling by Pete Walker
  10. The Wisdom of Insecurity by Alan W. Watts

As you may have surmised, this list is eclectic.  It is also by no means limited to these volumes.  However, these represent some really great, highly recommended reads.
